• 2 cups of ice
• I slice of lemon

• Pre-slice your lemon and have your two cups of ice next to the garbage disposal. 

How Long Does this Process Take:

This process should only take a minute or two once a month. 

How to Clean Your Garbage Disposal:

• First, turn on the cold water and let it run 
• Second, pour one cup of ice down the drain
• Third, turn the disposal on (may be located underneath your kitchen sink)
• Fourth, add your second cup of ice 
• Fifth, let the disposal run until it sounds free and clear
• Sixth, turn the disposal off.
