REALTOR® Relocation Reimbursement Program

Providence Homes will reimburse the REALTOR® (Broker) for fees paid to a corporate relocation program, up to 1% of the Total Purchase Price at time of contract (excluding pools) on qualifying sales of Providence Homes. Written documentation must be submitted from the REALTOR® (Broker) to the Providence Realty Sales Associate at the time of initial registration stating that the Buyer is in a corporate relocation program, and the amount of fees incurred. Not valid with any other offer or on previously written contracts. Additional requirements include: 1.) The Purchaser’s employer has retained an official relocation company to assist the Purchaser in relocating to the geographic area in which the new homes is located. 2.) The Relocation Company has engaged the services of the REALTOR® (Broker). 3.) The new home is located at least 50 miles from the Purchaser’s previous home. 4.) The referral to the Broker was not from an affinity program, a network between agents, or any other arrangement that did not originate from the Purchaser’s Employer. Providence Homes reserves the right to terminate the program or change rules at any time.
