July Sales Event on Pre-Sale Homes

**June Sales Event Promotion applies to all Reflections, Seabrook Village and Seabrook Village Phase 2 pre-sale agreements written between June 1-30 2025. Seller will contribute up to the specified amount towards closing costs, pre-paids, and select options on pre-sale homes with the use of Preferred Lender (on all sales, including cash purchases) and Cowford Title, LLC only. On pre-sale agreements only, options (contract only and exterior) must be selected at time of contract and cannot be used to reduce base price including elevation. Sales Event is not valid on contract re-writes, transfers, or for buyers who have had a previous contract canceled for any reason with Providence Homes. Providence Homes reserves the right to cancel or change promotions at any time, without prior notice or obligation. Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion or incentive.
