The Parade of Homes runs from August 30 through September 14,<\/strong> featuring the finest builders throughout St Johns County. The Providence Monroe Model Home located at 124 Cross Ridge Drive in Greenleaf Village at Nocatee is the 2014 Showcase Model Home. This 100% ENERGY STAR Certified model home features 4,198 square feet of living space with 5 bedrooms 4.5 baths with an extended family suite that offers flexibility for a variety of families.<\/p>\n
