When Bill Cellar first became a builder in Jacksonville, Florida, he did so with a personal pledge to make a difference in the industry. &nbsp;As a one-man operation he created Providence Homes with a commitment to building beautifully designed homes at affordable prices, and to building every home with the same attention to detail and reliability he would with his own home. Today, Providence Homes employs a staff of 35 and has built more than 3,000 homes for families right here in Jacksonville, Florida. The company continues to build upon the philosophy that homeowners deserve the best we can give. &nbsp;As Bill says, \u201cThe combination of our product, pricing, location, and team equate to a tremendous value for our customers. We treat our customers, trade partners, and Realtors\u00ae the way we would like to be treated. We approach every day that way.
