This week, we\u2019re excited to introduce an employee who brings sunshine to our office (and our customers) day in and day out. Kelly Hicks<\/strong>, our Pre-Construction Coordinator, is one of the nicest and most trustworthy partners you\u2019ll work with on your homebuilding journey. Kelly has worked in the real estate and mortgage business in one form or another for 38 years. (Yes, that\u2019s almost 4 decades!) With extensive experience under her belt, Kelly guarantees top-notch service to everyone she works with, as well as a genuine friendship along the way. When it comes to her role at Providence Homes, Kelly absolutely loves the customization component \u2014\u201cI find it exhilarating helping our buyers personalize their new homes!\u201d Kelly also feels best when homeowners let her know that her help was valuable. Outside of the office, Kelly enjoys the great outdoors, and you can usually find her hiking, kayaking, or playing with her dog, Beau. Of course, the top of her bucket list is to travel, travel, travel. But her greatest accomplishment so far has been being a mother to her grown sons (and becoming a grandmother to her first grandchild, Ronin.)<\/p>\n
