The health and safety of our team members, partners, current & future homeowners, and our greater community is our top priority at all times. We are continuing to monitor the quickly evolving news related to the COVID-19 virus and continue to seek advice of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the Florida Department of Health and local authorities. Here are some steps we are taking in this ever-evolving situation:<\/p>\n

  1. We are following the general prevention guidelines set forth by the CDC including the frequent cleaning of high touch surfaces in our sales centers and models.<\/li>\n
  2. Visitors\/customers will be allowed one group\/family at a time.<\/li>\n
  3. We will practice social distancing in all meetings.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    To help us safeguard everyone, we do ask that if you or someone in your household is sick to please reschedule your visit. We will continue to monitor this fluid situation and will send out updates as needed.<\/p>\n
