To maintain the utmost safe and clean environment, all tours will be guided by one of our Sales associates and we ask that you please refrain from touching anything during your visit.<\/p>\n

Please note: If you have recently traveled to a country the CDC has listed as Level 2 or 3, recently taken a cruise, or if you are feeling at all under the weather, we ask that you please schedule for a later date, preferably in 14 days.<\/p>\n
While we\u2019d be happy to have you visit any one of our communities, we understand many people are opting to stay in whenever possible. So, before you make an appointment to tour one of our communities, we highly encourage you to visit myprovidencehome.com first. We have a terrific website with a lot of valuable information about our models and communities that are just a click away.<\/p>\n
Many of our model homes have videos tours – so you can \u2018walk\u2019 each home without ever leaving your home. We show our available Quick Move-In Homes, model home photos, floorplans, community and neighborhood features and more. And our Internet Sales Consultant \u2013 Melissa is always just a phone call\/text away should you have any questions not found on the website.<\/p>\n
As the CDC and local governmental agencies continue to update the COVID-19 protocols, so will our policies and procedures. Please know we are closely monitoring the situation and will continue to communicate any changes surrounding visits to our sales centers and models as they occur.<\/p>\n
