Providence Homes is honored to announce that the Silver Model Home in Seabrook Village at Nocatee has been recognized with 2024 Silver Award Winner for the Best Green Detached Home by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Design committee and the Best in American Living\u2122<\/a> (BALA) Awards judges! The NAHB Best in American Living Awards are the home building industry\u2019s premier residential design awards program. The BALA award ceremony occurred at the 2025 International Builder\u2019s Show (IBS) in Las Vegas, Nevada on February 25th. Team Providence could not be more excited to share the news that the Silver model has placed amongst the nation\u2019s premier residential designs and green living. This is the 4th<\/sup> consecutive year that Providence Homes has received a BALA Award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
