The 2024 Parade of Homes brought hundreds of homebuyers from all over the First Coast out to over 70 model homes in more than 70 neighborhoods between Saturday, April 27th<\/sup> and Sunday, May 5th<\/sup>! Last night, Providence Homes received two gold awards for Best Model Home at the Parade of Homes\u2019 Awards Banquet at Timuquana Country Club! The Holly model<\/a> in Woodland Park at Nocatee won Best Model Home priced between $500,000 to $550,000 and the Ellaville model<\/a> in Palm Crest at Nocatee took home Best Model Home priced between $1.3 – $1.4 million.
