JACKSONVILLE, FL –
Providence Homes by Bill Cellar, a leading provider
of quality new homes in the Northeast Florida area,
has added Mr. Frank Cirillo as their new Vice President
of Operations.
Originally from Long Island, New York, Mr. Cirillo
has called Florida his home for over thirty years. He
brings more than 15 years of experience in project management
within the purchasing, land development and community
construction industries. His responsibilities include
fully managing the purchasing, estimating, construction
and warranty departments for approximately 300 new homes
built in 2005. In addition, Cirillo has been given the
task of growing each department in preparation for 400
newly constructed homes scheduled for 2006.
Prior to joining Providence Homes, Cirillo worked for
Taylor Woodrow where he recently managed The Oaks Preserve
and Beleza on Venice Beach - two luxury high-rise condominium
developments on Florida's Gulf Coast. Locally, Cirillo
directed Orange Park Country Club - another Taylor Woodrow
community crafted around an 18-hole championship golf
course. He has also held previous management positions
with Centex Corporation and K. Hovnanian. Cirillo earned
a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Construction
from the University of Florida.
"It is truly wonderful to be part of such a growing
company like Providence Homes," said Cirillo. "Everyone
is so thoughtful and caring that it's like having a
second family, and to see us extend that same caring
attitude to our customers makes such a difference to
homebuyers."
