Providence Homes will unveil two model homes on August
23rd in its newest community, Victoria Lakes, which
is nestled close to the scenic Dames Point Bridge in
the sleepy, yet quietly developing area of north Jacksonville.
From the moment potential homebuyers pull up to the
courtyard entry garage of The Melbourne Bonus
a stunning 2,516-square-foot, four-bedroom, three-and-one-half
bath model home perched on a stunning lakefront lot
they will be overwhelmed by the luxurious lifestyle
that this floor plan promises.
"Providence Homes has created a spacious, open
feeling in The Melbourne Bonus by accenting it throughout

This model also has a expansive family room with large
