JACKSONVILLE, FL –
To celebrate the building of quality homes for over
13 years and to showcase the award-winning models at
Greenland Chase, Providence Homes hosted a luncheon
for dozens of real estate agents from around Northeast
Florida.
Held at Greenland Chase, a gorgeous 534-home master
planned community located off Phillips Highway, this
multi-stop luncheon was catered by Anthony’s
Gourmet Catering. Realtors were able to view the community
as they were driven to each of the four model homes
by Dana’s Limo Service. Attendees received gifts
from Providence Homes and were entered to win various
door prizes.
Four $500 Simon Mall gift cards and a 27” LCD
flat screen TV were all up for grabs. Donna Lutz
and Elissa Vining from Watson Realty Corp. and Karen
Graham and Kelly Henderson from Re/Max Specialists
each won a $500 Simon Mall gift card. The grand
prize winner, Levene Teal-Abraham, from #1 River City
Realty took home the 27” LCD flat screen TV that
was donated by Darden Financial Services.
"We had a great turn out and all of the realtors
had wonderful things to say about the community,” said
Sean Junker, Executive Vice President and Chief Operations
Officer of Providence Homes. "This event allowed
us to showcase the stunning models and home designs
available in Greenland Chase."
The four furnished models range in size from the two-story,
2,124-square-foot Berna to the spacious 3,324-sqaure-foot
Seville. The one- and two-story plans include family
rooms and great rooms, gourmet kitchens and breakfast
nooks, master baths with double-sink vanities, garden
tubs, and glass-enclosed showers with ceramic tile
surrounds. Select plans will feature valuable extras
including wet bars, butler pantry, tech spaces, sitting
area in master suites, three-car garage, and optional
fireplace and decorative ceiling design.
The stunning models within Greenland Chase demonstrate
the builder's meticulous attention to detail and exceptional
quality craftsmanship. Each of the models received
an award at the 2006 Northeast Florida Builders Association
(NEFBA) Parade of Homes- the largest and one of the
oldest events promoting new homes in the area. Providence
Homes was the only builder to receive an award for
all four of it’s furnished models in one community.
In addition to its wonderful home offerings, Providence
Homes has gone above and beyond in creating an incredible
amenity complex at Greenland Chase that includes a
spacious, cabana style clubhouse, sparkling swimming
pool, playground, tennis court, beach volleyball pit,
and a large, multipurpose playing field. As an added
bonus, the community backs up to Greenland Park, which
offers numerous youth baseball, softball, basketball,
and football fields as well as a walking track.
Greenland Chase serves as the home of the 2005-06 "Home
From The Heart" house. Providence Homes has partnered
with Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) Builders
Care to build the wonderful charity home. Now almost
complete, the "Home From The Heart" house will
be sold and all proceeds will go directly towards supporting
NEFBA Builders Care and its various charitable projects. The
2,580-square-foot home is currently listed for $391,974.
