JACKSONVILLE, FL –
Providence Homes today announced the launch of its new
in-house Sales and Marketing Department, Providence
Realty. This innovative division was specifically designed
to streamline the Providence home buying experience
under the organizational talents and marketing skills
of F. Diane Kilner.
Kilner has previously served as Director of Sales and
Marketing for Crawford Homes, Vice President of Sales
and Marketing with Pace Island Realty, Corp, and Sales
and Marketing Director for Orange Park Country Club
Realty. Kilner will direct the 12 member sales team.
A long time leader in the Northeast Florida real estate
industry, as well as a licensed Florida Real Estate
Broker, Kilner says Providence Realty's first two months
are already proving to be a success. "We're already
seeing a
large jump in sales in all our communities since we
began Providence Realty in April," said Kilner.
Providence Realty's marketing strategy gives the sales
team more flexibility, allowing each agent to help home
buyers more perfectly select not only their home, but
their community as well.
"We're allowing each agent to cross sell each
Providence community, and not just in the community
where they're based," said Kilner. "For instance,
say you are a buyer moving here from the Midwest. You
don't know what side of town is more convenient and
suitable to your family's needs. We're cutting the amount
of time a new home buyer wastes telling different agents
what they need."
Providence Realty enables the sales team to refine
their talents and better disseminate information about
Providence Homes. It also means each site agent will
be able to spend more time with their customers. "One
thing each agent here realizes is that we're a team.
First and foremost, we help the customers find what
they're looking for," said Kilner. "And each
customer only works with one associate, so they don't
have five associates, which
muddles the process."
