| Providence Homes Receives Four Awards in 2006 Parade of Homes |

JACKSONVILLE, FL –
Providence Homes won two Gold and two Silver awards
in the 2006 Northeast Florida Builders Association
(NEFBA) Parade of Homes- the largest and one of the
oldest events promoting new homes in the area. Providence
Homes along with only one other builder received
this many awards. However, Parade of Homes
was the only builder to receive an award for all
four of it’s furnished models in one community.
Providence Homes received the Gold award in two different price categories. The
amazing 2,308-square-foot Roble at Greenland Chase received the Gold in the
$380,000 - $417,000 price category; while the spacious Seville, also at Greenland
Chase, was awarded the Gold in the $496,000 - $525,000 price category.
Two Silver awards were also bestowed upon Providence
Homes in this year’s Parade of Homes. The
Cara, a beautiful 2,309-square-foot home with three
bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms located at Greenland
Chase received the Silver in the $358,000 - $376,000
price category. The two-story, 1,945-square-foot
Berna also at Greenland Chase, took home the Silver
in the price category of $340,000 - $350,000.
The 2006 Parade of Homes was the largest in NEFBA history. The
competition included 110 homes from 37 different builders
worth more than $62 million in real estate. Homes
ranged in price from the low-$100,00s to over $1 million
and were broken down into 22 price categories with a
Gold and Silver award for each category. An awards
ceremony was held to honor the winners.
