JACKSONVILLE, FL –
Providence Homes by Bill Cellar is pleased to announce
that the homebuilder won three prestigious 2004 Parade
of Homes’ Silver Awards for its model homes in Victoria
Lakes and Oakbrook at Oakleaf Plantation. The Parade of
Homes awards are presented annually by the Northeast Florida
Builders Association.
“Our company is truly honored to receive so many
awards in different categories,” said Sean Junker,
Providence Homes’ Chief Operating Officer. “This
achievement demonstrates the company’s depth and
ability to be successful with a variety of product and
price ranges.”
The Silver Award for New Homes Valued Between $239,500

features a fourth bedroom option. A covered lanai overlooking
the lake links to the large great room. The model’s
fully equipped kitchen features ample counterspace,
a pantry, center island with sink, and additional breakfast
area. The foyer leads to the open, formal living and
dining rooms. With its optional tray ceilings, enormous
walk-in closet and bathroom featuring a double door
entryway, cultured marble garden tub, and tiled walk-in
