JACKSONVILLE, FL –
Providence Homes by Bill Cellar is pleased to announce that the homebuilder won three prestigious 2004 Parade of Homes’ Silver Awards for its model homes in Victoria Lakes and Oakbrook at Oakleaf Plantation. The Parade of Homes awards are presented annually by the Northeast Florida Builders Association.

“Our company is truly honored to receive so many awards in different categories,” said Sean Junker, Providence Homes’ Chief Operating Officer. “This achievement demonstrates the company’s depth and ability to be successful with a variety of product and price ranges.”

The Silver Award for New Homes Valued Between $239,500 and $250,500 went to The Tavanier model at Victoria Lakes. The Tavanier – a 2,012-square-foot, one-story home with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage – features a fourth bedroom option. A covered lanai overlooking the lake links to the large great room. The model’s fully equipped kitchen features ample counterspace, a pantry, center island with sink, and additional breakfast area. The foyer leads to the open, formal living and dining rooms. With its optional tray ceilings, enormous walk-in closet and bathroom featuring a double door entryway, cultured marble garden tub, and tiled walk-in shower, the owner’s suite is the perfect retreat for homeowners. This home is priced at $250,442.

The Silver Award for New Homes Valued Between $307,000 and $320,000 went to The Melbourne Bonus model at Victoria Lakes. The home is a stunning 2,516-square-foot, four-bedroom, three-and-one-half bath model home perched on a beautiful lakefront lot that overwhelms visitors by the luxurious lifestyle that this floor plan promises. The Melbourne Bonus has a spacious, open feeling featuring art niches, high ceilings, bay windows to allow lots of light in, and arched entryway throughout. The kitchen’s breakfast area has a stunning view of the lake and the covered lanai, which connects directly to the living room and owner’s suite. The owner’s suite has a roomy, private bathroom with dual vanities, garden tub, and a ceramic tiled, walk-in shower. The large, rear bonus room serves as a billiards room for entertaining. This home is priced at $312,063.

Both homes are located in the beautiful community of Victoria Lakes, a wonderful family community nestled in the scenic Dames Point Bridge in the sleepy, yet quietly developing area of north Jacksonville. Victoria Lakes is perfectly situated midway between downtown Jacksonville and the Beaches, giving homebuyers wonderful possibilities for shopping, dining and playing. Amidst the community’s 13 lakes and lush natural preserve, developers have plans for a swimming pool, playground, and “tot lots” for children.

The Silver Award for New Homes Valued Between $382,000 and $405,000 went to The Pompano model at Oakbrook at OakLeaf Plantation. The home is a bright and open 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home situated on a large 70-foot lot and provides a spacious 2,964 square feet of living space. The large foyer leads to the home’s formal dining room and living room/study. The huge hitchen features eat-in kitchen and wonderfully large family room with fireplace and built-in media center that opens to an oversized covered lanai. The owner’s suite is located on the back of the house with two large walk-in closets and an incredible owner’s bath with garden tub and large separate shower. Three additional bedrooms and two full baths are located on the second floor. This home is priced at $403,260.
