Jacksonville, FL –
Providence Homes invites the public to tour its elegant
new model in OakLeaf Plantation. The model, called The
Pompano, has four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths,
with a three-car garage. A cobblestone porch with spindled
railings greets visitors as they walk up to this unique
home.
Situated on a large lot, the 2962-square-foot home
is bright and spacious. The Pompano offers formal living
and dining rooms, and a family room. Additional features
include a breakfast nook, large kitchen, and covered
lanai. The base price for this plan starts at just under
$280,000.
The family, living and dining rooms all have hardwood
floors. The kitchen and baths are fully tiled. "When
you walk into the home, your eye is drawn to the decorative
tiles centered in the hardwood floorings of the foyer,"
said Anita McCreary, site agent for Providence Homes
in OakLeaf Plantation.
The spacious kitchen has plenty of counter space and
ample storage in 42-inch cabinetry, perfect for the
bon vivant who likes to entertain. A tiled backsplash
perfectly compliments the tiled floors, providing an
understated yet stylish touch. "The Corian countertops
in the kitchen match the countertops on the buffet,
in the study on the built-in computer center, and in
the master bath as well," McCreary said. "It
really ties the house together nicely."
The home's decor is also tied together by the beautiful
built-in shelving found in most rooms. "In the
living room and dining room you have gorgeous raised-panel
maple built-ins with a chestnut finish and glass inserts,"
she said. The family room also has little niches with
charming shelves on either side of a raised hearth fireplace
to showcase family treasures.
The Owner¹s bedroom has his and her walk-in closets,
and a step tray ceiling adds elegance and volume to
the room. In the Owner¹s bath, a jetted Jacuzzi
tub and separate glass shower are luxurious fixtures,
as are the separate double vanities.
The second floor of The Pompano features three bedrooms
and two full baths. "In our model, we have the
first section upstairs decorated as a boy's bedroom
and a girl's bedroom," McCreary said.
Also upstairs is a beautiful guest suite with a full
bath and walk-in closet. "This is a great multi-purpose
room," she said. "It can be a mother-in-law
suite, a den or a game room, however you want to use
it."
"We have a number of great plans for a family,
with a lot of livable space, not to mention the great
views," said McCreary. "It's an incredible
area, heavily treed, that people will really enjoy."
