JACKSONVILLE, FL –
As Providence Homes by Bill Cellar finishes construction
on its “House for HOPE” in Stonebrier at OakLeaf
Plantation, the builder invites potential homebuyers to
preview this home and its last remaining homes in one
of the most desirable master planned communities in Duval
and Clay counties.
Originally having 150 homesites across three neighborhoods,
Providence Homes has completely sold out in Timberfield;
has four homes between 2,306 and 2,530 square feet under
construction within Waverly, of which two are ready
for immediate move-in; and has two homes under construction
in Stonebrier, including its home construction project
for HOPE International. Only two homesites in Waverly
and five homesites in Stonebrier remain for presales.
The future sale of the House for HOPE, a 2,285-square-foot,
5-bedroom, 3-bathroom Flagler model in Stonebrier, will
help more than 700 poverty level families start and
maintain their own businesses with microloans from HOPE
International, a faith-based group that serves the poor
in developing countries. The home features a greatroom,
formal dining room, study, breakfast area, spacious
kitchen, and an upstairs bonus room, as well as full
sod and irrigation and a security system.
“Providence Homes has had tremendous success
in OakLeaf Plantation because we offer a range of floor
plans that are suitable for different lifestyles in
one of the premier locations in Greater Jacksonville,”
said Chief Operating Officer Sean Junker. “The
homes that we currently have available are among our
most popular designs, and we expect them to sell quickly.”
