Jacksonville, FL –
Providence Homes by Bill Cellar continues to stand at the forefront of the new and custom home construction market in Northeast Florida. Homebuyer demand for Providence Homes' superior products has never been higher as evidenced by the builder's expansion into new communities and the introduction of a new floorplan design into an already impressive portfolio, which includes over 33 designs ranging from 1,500 to over 4,000 square feet.

Bill Cellar, President and Chief Executive Officer of Providence Homes, continues to express his pledge to make a difference within the homebuilding industry and to build each and every home with the same attention to detail and commitment to excellence as he would his own family's home.

Providence Homes is currently offering a variety floorplans ranging from 2,306 and 3,436 square feet priced starting in the $320's within Harbour Town, Royal Pines, Wild Dunes, and Pinehurst, all located in Eagle Landing at OakLeaf Plantation.

Scheduled to open at the end of October, Providence Homes is pleased to announce The Bradenton, a spectacular new model within Glen Eagles at Eagle Landing.

Decorated by Erin Alderman, of Alderman Interior Designs, The Bradenton is a 2,963-square-foot, 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home with upstairs loft. Passing through an inviting entryway into the tiled foyer, visitors will be astonished by the openness and beauty of The Bradenton as they stroll from the foyer to the formal dining room, living room / study, and into the spacious family room.

A mixture of high tray and vaulted ceilings with crown moldings and rounded archways throughout most of the main living areas enhance the architectural perfection of this floorplan. Chefs will appreciate the builder’s attention to magnificence and function in the kitchen, which offers Corian countertops, spacious 42” upper cabinets, top-brand appliances, breakfast nook, center island, large pantry, and direct access the home's fantastic lanai. The expansive family room boasts a gas fireplace, which is flanked by multipurpose media niches and gorgeous cedar wrapped ceiling beams, which continue into the loft.

The majestic owner’s suite and bath redefine luxurious living: tray ceilings, marble vanities, deep his-and-her walk-in closets, garden tub, private watercloset and an opulent tiled walk-in shower make this part of the home a serene retreat. The home includes three secondary bedrooms and two-and-one-half secondary bathrooms with ceramic tiled floors and cultured marble vanities.
