Providence Homes Welcomes New Hires

Providence Homes, one of Northeast Florida’s largest local homebuilders, proudly announces the addition of six new employees to its constantly growing staff. Providence Homes continues a long tradition of offering its customers the opportunity to know and communicate with the people who are building their home from the ground up. For Providence Homes, providing outstanding customer service begins with hiring a caring and talented staff.

"The main objective is to locate talented people who understand the importance of constantly increasing efficiency, improving quality, and exceeding customer expectations," said Sean Junker, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Providence Homes. "I have great confidence that our new team members are capable and highly motivated individuals who will put our homebuyers' and company's goals first."

Providence Homes has added several hires to their team. Kevin Amato has been hired as Estimator. Amato recently graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management. Thomas Griffin has more than fifteen years in the construction industry and will be working as Superintendent at Providence Homes' Greenland Chase community. Prior to his new position, Griffin worked for Dick Travis Framing, Atlantic Homes, and Panitz Homes. Lance Leininger will be working as Senior Construction Superintendent for St. Johns County. He has worked for several national builders, KB Homes most recently, and handled numerous different responsibilities including bidding, estimating, purchasing, and warranty work. George Long, New Construction Superintendent at Greenland Chase, comes to Providence after serving as a superintendent and a warranty coordinator for Centex Homes. John Soultanian, Senior Estimator, will be cross-trained as a Pre-Construction Coordinator. He's worked for three national builders including Toll Brothers most recently. A retired Navy Seabee (Construction Division), Soultanian offers a wealth of knowledge in estimating, purchasing, and project management fields. Jan Yhap, will be taking over as Superintendent in St. Johns County. Before Providence, Yhap worked with Ryland Homes and Morrison Homes, and owned his trucking and custom home building companies.
