Homes in Julington Creek Plantation Is Selling Out

ST. JOHNS COUNTY, FL –
Home buyers can't afford to wait long if they want to
purchase a home in any of Providence Homes' communities
located in Julington Creek Plantation Pine Chase,
Creekside, Westgate, Pine Crossing, and Sawmill Pointe.

Julington Creek Plantation because we offer a range
of floor plans that are suitable for different income
levels in one of the premier locations in St. Johns

Ten homesites within Pine Chase recently were released
for sale, and another 10 homesites will be released
for sale at the completion of development of the community's
final phase. With a minimum lot size of 80' wide, many
of
the homesites are bordered by lakes or natural wetland
forest, which offers the kind of relaxed lifestyle that
compliments the busy families of Julington Creek Plantation.
Starting in the high-$280s, homes in Pine Chase will
range in size from 2,471 to 3,426 square feet. For the
month of September, Providence Homes is offering an
additional incentive package to buyers in Pine Chase.
Featuring huge lots that border a lake or a nature
preserve, Creekside is one of Julington Creek Plantation's
showcase communities. Trammell expects that the sale
of Providence Homes' last six secluded homesites will
start again this month, with prices ranging from the
low-$300s to mid-$400s. Currently, one inventory home
a 2,643-square-foot, 4 bedroom, 3-bath home with
12-foot-high ceilings priced at $326,300 is available
for move-in by year¹s end. The minimum lot size
is 90' wide.
Offering an equally idyllic setting of mature wooded
forest, natural wetlands and lakes that offer residents
quiet seclusion, Westgate currently only has the 3,398-square-foot,
5-bedroom, 4-bath model home with a study available
for sale at the price of $437,190. Upon sale of the
home, Providence Homes will have sold out in Westgate.
Trammell attributes the excellent sales in Pine Chase,
Creekside, and WestGate to the affordable price structuring
and the standard features found in each floor plan,
which include full stucco exteriors, fireplaces, covered
porches, fully equipped kitchens, and bonus room options.
All of the original 107 home sites in Pine Crossing
have also been sold. The last three homes in this community
included two 2,142 square-foot, 4-bedroom, 2-bath floor
plans and the 1,777-square-foot, 3-bedroom, 2-bath floor
plans. Prices ranged from the mid-$170s to the mid-$190s.
Providence Homes' most recent addition to the area,
Sawmile Pointe, has nearly sold out since opening its
2,306-square-foot, 4-bedroom, 3-bath model home this
past November. Of the initial 21 homesites, only three
inventory
homes are still available. The homes start from the
low-$200's and can exceed $300,000.
Recreational opportunities abound in Julington Creek
Plantation. There's an aquatic center, 18-hole golf
course with clubhouse, parks, bike paths, jogging and
nature trails, soccer fields, picnic areas, a library
and an elementary school on site.
