(NEFBA) Builders Care proudly announce the 2005-06 "Home
From The Heart" house is currently available for
purchase at a price of $381,374 (price good for purchase
through the end of February).
Designed and built by Providence Homes, the 2005-06
"Home From The Heart" house is a gorgeous
two-story 2,580-square-foot (air-conditioned), four-bedroom
with study, two-and-one-half-bath, Jaffa design within
Greenland Chase - Providence Homes' brand new master-planned
community located in Mandarin. The home also features

Providence Homes and its trade partners generously
donated time, effort, and materials to keep the home's
actual building cost at a minimum. Once sold, 100 percent
of the proceeds will go directly towards NEFBA Builders
Care. The money raised from selling the home will benefit
the homebuilder charity and its ongoing efforts to aid
local First Coast elderly, disabled, and disadvantaged
citizens that cannot afford construction services by
traditional means.
"Providence Homes' founder and president, Bill
Cellar, has made it part of our culture to give back
to the community which has given so much to us,"
said Sean Junker, Executive Vice President and Chief
Operating Officer of Providence Homes. "We are
truly honored to be affiliated with NEFBA Builders Care
in order to have an opportunity to help so many that
are less fortunate than ourselves."
