Jacksonville, FL –
Providence Homes has partnered with Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) Builders Care to build the 2005 "Home From The Heart" house. Representatives from Providence Homes and NEFBA Builders Care recently gathered to break ground on the "Home From The Heart" house whose sale will benefit local First Coast elderly, disabled, and disadvantaged citizens that cannot afford construction services by traditional means.

"Providence Homes is one of our organization's Major Sponsors," said Bill Wilson, Executive Director of NEFBA Builders Care. "It really speaks volumes about the builder for stepping up and taking the initiative to build the 2005 'Home From The Heart' house."

Plans for the "Home From The Heart" house detail a gorgeous two-story 2,580-square-foot (air-conditioned), four-bedroom, two-and-one-half-bath, with study Jaffa design in Greenland Chase - Providence Homes' brand new master-planned community in Mandarin. The home features a traditional Neo-Classical elevation with a large covered patio and three-car tandem garage.

Providence Homes and its trade partners will generously donate time, effort, and materials to keep the home's actual building cost at a minimum. Upon completion, the "Home From The Heart" house will be sold with all proceeds going directly towards NEFBA Builders Care.

"Providence Homes' founder and president, Bill Cellar, has made it part of our culture to give back to the community which has given so much to us," said Sean Junker, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Providence Homes. "We are truly honored to be affiliated with NEFBA Builders Care in order to have an opportunity to help so many that are less fortunate than ourselves."
