JACKSONVILLE, FL –
As part of its commitment to customer satisfaction and
flexible contemporary interior design, Providence Homes
is proud to announce the opening of its new Design Center
in its main offices at 4901 Belfort Road.
"The new and cutting edge Design Center provides
further support to the growing number of homeowners
choosing Providence in the area," said Donna Stanton,
Interior Designer for Providence Homes. The new department
will help meet the growing demands of our clients, she
said.
Providence Homes has grown into one of the leading
custom builders in North Florida. "I've been with
Bill Cellar, [company president] for the last seven
years," Stanton said. "It's great to see his
company grow the way it has."
The Design Center is a wonderful new facility, designed
to be user friendly. "It allows clients to really
see what Providence Homes has to offer without them
being overwhelmed by too many products and options,"
Stanton said.
Providence Homes emphasizes the connection between
the physical home and the needs of the family who lives
there. "We're able to bring together the best qualities
in interior design today and blend that with the architectural
emphasis Bill puts into each home," Stanton said.
She says there's more to a home than four walls and
a roof. "The interior design, products, and materials
all work together to enhance the pleasure you get from
our homes."
Homeowners will meet with Stanton by appointment only
in The Design Center. "When I sit down with a client,
we start with the outside, the first impression,"
Stanton said. "You want your home to be wonderful
and beautiful and I help with that."
>From there Stanton takes clients through their
choices in the kitchen. "The kitchen is your entertainment
centerpiece, if you will." Providence Homes helps
with features as diverse as granite islands to tiled
backsplashes to glass doors on the cabinets to dramatic
lighting options.
The options for the bathrooms and flooring throughout
the house are as versatile as the eleven First Coast
communities where Providence Homes now builds.
The Center features everything from choices of carpet
and tiles, laminates for the countertops, and vinyl
floorings, to the many faucet styles for the kitchen
and bath. "We offer wood floors in place of carpeting,
or even tile," she said. "Tile in the main
living areas is currently quite popular," Stanton
said, "with clients using bound area rugs as accents."
Providence Homes was founded in 1992 by company president,
Bill Cellar. As Providence Homes celebrates their Tenth
Anniversary, Bill Cellar continues to build upon the
philosophy that homeowners deserve the best he can give.
The Jacksonville-based company is currently building
award-winning homes in 11 communities on the First Coast.
Providence communities include Eagle Harbor, River Hills
Reserve, Northglen, Queen¹s Harbour, Windsor Chase,
The Cove at Rive St. Johns, Marshwinds, Westgate, Pine
Crossing, Sawmill Pointe, and Shirley Oaks.
